Been coming here for years. 29+ appointments here. The more time goes, the more the customer service goes down the drain. Called in a couple days ago to schedule a pedicure and fill in- requested the people I prefer for these services. Upon arrival I am informed that this is one of the people I requested off day. Someone couldn’t have relayed this on the phone prior to scheduling? Ok. Continue on. My pedi is done, I go sit with someone totally different than who I scheduled with. I’ve been coming here for many years but, after my last two visits, I’ll be finding a new salon. They do a great job and I love their pedicure chairs; however, they appear to overbook their appointments. At my last visit, I waited more than an hour beyond my appointment time to be seen. Most recently, I was told they didn’t know when they’d get to me because they had other appointments. If you are not on a schedule and can afford to wait, their services are great. Just don’t expect having an appointment to be meaningful.
