Very rude employees, I was shushed by my nail artist when on the phone with my sister for less then 1 min and he grew very irrated and short when I didn’t like the design and got very rude with me. Other guests complaining, while I was being treated, that it was the worst service they had due to the attitude of the employees

My girls both had terrible experiences with their nail techs, had to have multiple redos and their friend's real nails were cut off to add acrylic tips... what? 🤔 Terrible attitudes from their nail techs and will not be going back.

The man who worked on me didnt do much of any prepping, just filed the tips of my nails before slapping on tips without checking sizes. All while the girl next to me has been prepped for 20 minutes or more. Not only that, one of the younger males had a TERRIBLE attitude with my sister because of her struggling to speak up about her dislike. I was also overcharged for length in the end, they said 85 for what i showed them, then when i asked for the length showed they said 95.

i was skeptical on going to another nail shop but i went to this place anyways just to see if they were any good being they are less busy than my usual place. I went in for a refill & 1 nail that had come off, I had ombre starting off. By the end of the appointment, you could still see the ombre in which i said was fine because it went ok with the painted bows i wanted on my nails, I was in there for 45 minutes & was charged $71 dollars.
