I needed some help from a bathroom fixture and design company. Today I met Natalie at the LAVISH Showroom on Greenfield Avenue in Ardmore. She’s so knowledgeable and most importantly, empathetic and caring. In trying to solve a problem she stepped up and treated me as if I were family. She took every step possible with her extensive knowledge. A real gem especially compared to the competitors. It isn’t too often you receive such care.

My husband and I went to the showroom and found some faucet options for our kitchen. Natalie asked us to send her pictures of our current faucets and then she would order what we decided upon. I sent one email as she requested and we didn’t hear from her for two weeks. I sent one more and still did not hear from her. I ended up leaving her a message, and she still has not returned my call.
