I love this place! Everyone is so nice and kind
Everything about this place was terrible. There were 5 people that switched up who were doing my nails. They would just get up disappear with no update in whether they had another appointment that came in or the fact that someone else will be doing my nails. I asked for French tip shellac, they said they don’t do design on regular nails. Took over 1.5hours to do just a shellac colour. They all seemed so stale. I will never be coming here again, just negative energy tbh.
Beautiful inside. Plenty of colours and products to choose from. Customer service, awful. I had a 3:30 appointment for a pedicure. I sat waiting for service for 30 minutes. No one updated me on how long I was going to wait. After stating I was going to leave, no apology was offered.
