I would greatly recommend Samantha! I went in with a vision and she made it come true. I had my hair chopped off for a bob and bangs. I had red highlights added and I am in love. She explained everything so I could make an informed decision and gave advice when I asked for it. Thank you Samantha ❤️🤩
