I booked an appointment here with Amanda (AJayy) several weeks in advance, paid the deposit, and made a special trip to Havasu for it—only to arrive and find the salon completely closed with no explanation. No call, no email, no message. I tried to follow up and ask for a deposit refund during their posted business hours and reached out through phone, email, and social media, but received no response at all. Love this place. I always come here to get my lashes and make up done they do an awesome job and very friendly. I highly recommend Lavash & Glam. Super worth it.
