Made an appointment two weeks in advance. I show up to my appointment and the door is locked. I call and text the number. They say they don't have an appointment down. I send screenshots of said appointment. No response. Text another 3 times. No response. I waited there 20 minutes. Just to take my money elsewhere. This is extremely unprofessional. I don't even want to give a one start. This should be a zero star. Don't go here.
Amanda is the best always professional great with communication. I feel so relaxed there get compliments on my lashes all the time. If you’re looking for a lash gal look no further.

I booked an appointment here with Amanda (AJayy) several weeks in advance, paid the deposit, and made a special trip to Havasu for it—only to arrive and find the salon completely closed with no explanation. No call, no email, no message. I tried to follow up and ask for a deposit refund during their posted business hours and reached out through phone, email, and social media, but received no response at all.
