My late teen daughter (adult) came into try on. She insisted an adult be there. The sales lady was RUDE, and didn't allow my daughter to even move the dress to look at it. She followed her around, and body shamed my daughter, who is a size 0-2. The lady acted like she was going to steal. She wouldnt allow her to try on and then she tried it on and she wouldn't help her with the zipper. The changing room and store was really dirty on top of it.
Owner is super nice. My cousin felt so comfortable trying on wedding dresses with her. I definitely recommend for the customer service, selection and general vibe of the store.

My daughter stopped by to ask a question because they would not answer the phone and a man answered the door and was very rude. It’s a good thing that I didn’t go !!!
