Ladies!!! If you live anywhere near Jacksonville Fl and you are not using the salon services of Monciel Hair Lounge… you are totally missing out on your best locks, EVER!! Color Cut Extensions An Improved You!! The staff is exceptional, the salon is simply darling, and again… you will walk out with the best hair you could dream of!
