I had a consultation with Ms. Lavinsky today and cried for 45 minutes after. She was nothing but dismissive and antagonizing. I contacted her for representation at a DVRO hearing. I disclosed psychological and sexual abuse: stealthing (a crime), and multiple incidents of revoked consent and intimidation. She said "You claim that you were abused but you went back to him.
