Amanda did my beautiful full set. She was extremely kind and personable throughout our entire conversation. She also ensured I liked my nails throughout every step of the service. Ken did my pedicure and was also extremely kind throughout the service. He too ensured that everything was to my liking before finalizing my gel.
My nail tech Amanda is ALWAYS my go to! my shorties are always on point! her drawn and builder gel designs are amazing. i will never stop coming to her and i live in GLEN BURNIE!!! worth the drive 100/10
By far one of the worst customer service I have dealt with. I’ve came around 6:30pm with no appointment. I’ve asked the tech if they had time for a fill-in. They said yes. 20 minutes later. Now, I’m being seen. Asked me what color as I was given a nail palette to chose from. Looked at my nails and said that I need a new set. I told the tech that he length of the nails is my natural nails. He chopped all of my nails off with ABSOLUTELY no hesitation.Rushing because the tech decided to do 3 customers at once.
