Placed a large clothing order & “rush” epoch glove order on 3-13-18. Was told turnaround was 3-4 weeks from 3-15-18. I still have not received anything in my order! To make matters worse multiple emails & and phone calls have resulted in me being told that Casey Mithun is the only one that can assist me with the whereabouts of my order. A UW lacrosse team did a clothing order through Lavin Lacrosse. I received an email saying we would receive the order in 3 weeks, it took over 5 weeks. Then one of the items that was ordered, they sent the wrong size. I have emailed them and called them every day since I received the order and there has been no response. I will never order from this place again.

We ordered a helmet which was supposed to be in within 1 -2 weeks. It's been over three. We understand there might be problems with the factory or some other type of issue, but the communication has been horrible. The only time we get any information is if we call. Last Wed. was the most recent date were given for pick up. Fortunately, I called before we drove all the way out there, because the helmet was not even in.
