Recently had the deck of my 24 ft Legend pontoon replaced. Excellent job and within the quoted price. We decided to have the pontoon enclosure replaced at the same time. My wife and I did not here a quoted price for the enclosure when the boat was picked up, so I texted requesting a quote the next day, then again several days later. I had Lavignes canvas make me a snap on boat cover for a 16’ side console boat. Pat was very professional and happily took the time to answer my many questions, over various inquiries. I came from Sudbury after the local shop started getting annoyed after I’d asked just a few questions, and I’m happy I did. The final product is great and so was the customer service. I highly recommend them.
Excellent product and excellent service. Easy to install and took a lot of abuse over the years. We installed our awning on a mobile food market.
I was expecting to pay more for the quality of the job. Reliable, followed instructions and affordable. No complaints.
FIND ANOTHER SHOP!!! Brought in my boat cover for a zipper repair. I brought the 2 covers in, showed the owner and front desk lady which zipper to replace, and they said they understood what was required. Slow repair time, but the work was unprofessional, and incorrect. The zipper was backwards (you think at $120/hr) they would at least tested it or quality check it, NOPE.
