Sinden truly is amazing and knows excellently how to get a deal done. The local market is rather slow for my property type, but she managed to sell my property about 5 times faster than I thought it might take. She got a couple offers in very quickly and worked hard to get it sold. I couldn't have asked for more, thank you Sinden!!

I'm a computer programmer, so I'm very logical and super resourceful when it comes to doing research. Anyone can look good when the process goes smoothly. The sale of our home could have derailed by an unexpected banking influence that took us all by surprise. After we all said "what just happened?" Sinden spent the time needed ( a couple days ) to brake down our problem, go directly to the source, and bring everyone together and close on time. Sinden Harum is without a doubt the go-to agent when you need your house sold!
