Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been to Laverty Pathology Wyong four times during their advertised opening hours and every single time they’ve been shut. No notice, no explanation, nothing. People rely on these services for important medical testing, turning up to locked doors over and over again is completely unacceptable. Update your hours or actually be open when you say you are. Do better.
Pathologist was lovely, and made it a pleasant experience
Probably the worst experience i’ve ever had getting bloods. Must’ve been a junior as the male that attempted to do my bloods was hopeless. Didn’t steralise my second arm, got my birthdate wrong, heard him take a lady in for a drug urine test and another worker told him that he wasn’t signed off for it, i told him i was feeling dizzy and he laughed it off and said that i wouldn’t be the first to feel dizzy which then i proceeded to not be able to see or hear so knew I was passing out and he didn’t offer any sort of help excep... read more
