Yesterday was yet another time we've turned up during the advertised opening hours and they're closed. So annoying when you've had to 'fast' for 12 hours. This clinic needs better competent staff who enjoy going to work.
Always friendly and helpful and informative.
Had more than one bad experience here. From their wait room with no staff or desk to help organise people, to them closing early because they could. I checked the night before if I could make it there and they had there Xmas/new year times up. We I got there with an hour to spare they had left earlier than their already early closing times.
Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been to Laverty Pathology Wyong four times during their advertised opening hours and every single time they’ve been shut. No notice, no explanation, nothing. People rely on these services for important medical testing, turning up to locked doors over and over again is completely unacceptable. Update your hours or actually be open when you say you are. Do better.
