The entry is hard to find; Google sent me to some unleased buildings on the wrong side of the complex. When I arrived with 10min to spare the nurse would not see me because she'd already packed up; if 3pm is closing time make sure you advertise it that way. Do not expect to be seen if you arrive after 3 despite closing time being 3:30pm.
I had the most terrible with experience on Monday getting my blood test done usually there are other ladies working in here and they are very good and nice and they know how to do their job properly in this lady who was doing my blood test on Monday she badly bruised my arm sticking the needle in the same place in my arm felt really painful and I lost sensation in my fingers.
Yesterday was yet another time we've turned up during the advertised opening hours and they're closed. So annoying when you've had to 'fast' for 12 hours. This clinic needs better competent staff who enjoy going to work.
Always friendly and helpful and informative.
Had more than one bad experience here. From their wait room with no staff or desk to help organise people, to them closing early because they could. I checked the night before if I could make it there and they had there Xmas/new year times up. We I got there with an hour to spare they had left earlier than their already early closing times.
