The young woman who took my blood this morning at 9:30 was efficient, lovely and very considerate of the rush I was in and my dislike of needles. She made a very stressful experience seamless and easy, and my normally awful bruising is very minimal. Thank you!!
The collector was extremely rude as she didn’t even explain basic instructions. She was mumbling to herself when asking personal details about myself and when I asked her to repeat herself she had a very rude tone and did not seem to know the answer to even basic questions.
