The Laverty clinician at Rouse Hill, Ms Rucien, is lovely and caring, but also highly competent and professional. Always cheerful and quick to laugh and smile. When it's time to have a blood test or flu vax, my veins must know because they retreat deeply into my body. I could tell you some horror stories about being used as a pin cushion many times in the past. Rucien is always able to find the vein, and make it as quick and painless as possible.
Rouse Hill Family health care center 1/3 Adelphi Street pathology section is excellent, caring and proficient.
The collection centre is inside the GP's clinic which is super convenient, I went directly from the doc to the collection for my blood test. I didn't have to wait at all, and the collecting nurse was really good, hardly felt anything at all and the collection was finished before I knew it.
Quite convenient and a nice experience overall. The treatment was friendly and professional. The lady who took the sample was skillful and obviously knew what she was doing. The only confusion was finding the place, as some have also mentioned. There are no signs for the pathology in the lobby down next to the lift. Just go upstairs to the medical centre, walk past the waiting room and 10m down the corridor on your left there's a room where the pathology is.
