Laverty is open an hour earlier, except for when it isn't. Not the first time I've had this issue, but it will be the last. Update the website or have a number you can call in advance to check.
I've been to the Laverty collection rooms at Revesby several times now & have always had a positive outcome. Technicians are very competent, friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this collection facility.
I didn’t have to wait long at all to be attended to. The Collector was friendly and did her job very efficiently. The collection centre was easy to find.
Great experience. Went in on a Wednesday at 0745. I had forgotten my request form at home but they said I could email it to them, said this could take up to 5 minutes. Even with that considered I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Pain free, no problems finding my vein. The customer service was excellent.
