Laverty is open an hour earlier, except for when it isn't. Not the first time I've had this issue, but it will be the last. Update the website or have a number you can call in advance to check.
I've been to the Laverty collection rooms at Revesby several times now & have always had a positive outcome. Technicians are very competent, friendly & helpful. I highly recommend this collection facility.
I didn’t have to wait long at all to be attended to. The Collector was friendly and did her job very efficiently. The collection centre was easy to find.
