Terrible. The place is never open, they can never scan your referral. Don’t bother, go to Adamstown! I’d give 0 stars if I could!
It took me 1 hour (7:50am-8:50am) today when I went for a blood test and there were only 3 people infront of me. I was frustrated as I got work at 9am. Very slow service and need more staff during this period. 3 stars is for Cass who was very friendly and customer centric as well.
The 5 stars are for Cass, she was so kind, professional, communicated really well and went above and beyond to help me despite being super busy.
I have never met staff at a pathology collection that was so welcoming, warming and had such a huge heart. She made me feel comfortable, the needle - I didn’t even feel it and she’s adorably supportive. Her name was Cass from Mayfield.
