Always lovely staff
Had Cass to do my blood test, when I was so scared it will hurt from a previous experience from a different location, but she reassured me and helped me breathe through it, she was very calming and very patient Thank u very much Cass, will go back again if I need another blood test done :)
Ivy was amazing !!! Made me feel so comfortable, first time I haven’t fainted from a blood test. Thank you! :)
