Does not cater to those with extreme trypanophobia after explaining my condition, and requirements for best experience for all, I was told take a ticket and wait. When asked if they do not cater to people with the same phobias they just gave me 2 other clinics to call then saying sorry for your in convenience. Person handling the email account needs to learn empathy and customer service.
Its says pathology however 1 person working and over an hour wait
I couldn’t even feel the needle when I had my blood test. And all the staff are lovely ☺️
