No one seems to answer the phone or reply to my email. I'll just have to find another clinic.
Very poor service . Cant contact anyone via phone , it just keeps you on hold and plays elevator music for as long as you can stand to stay on the line . I have rang the number quite a few times , once stayed on hold for over an hour . Billing the wrong person , with no way of rectifying the details . Dealing with them in akin to pulling teeth . Always friendly efficient service!! A great team of pathology services.. at times being in a hospital setting they might be busy attending to ward patients but always informed how long the wait. Always a great experience
