The whole team has been great, especially Eunsok. Fast PCR turn over speed compared to some labs. Efficient service
I recently visited this place and was quite disappointed with the staff behavior. Unfortunately, the staff came across as rude and unprofessional, which made the overall experience unpleasant. Good customer service is really important, and I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff attitude towards customers.
