Both women on duty were extremely rude. Her first words were “give me the referral” Then on to shouting & insulting me badly because I didn’t know if the vitamin B12 blood test was meant to be paid. I told her several times that I didn’t know what the doctor had written - so she was very rude and was shouting at me telling me I should’ve known. however she told me that one B12 test is covered by the government, so I asked her, okay then do the bulk bill because one is covered - but she still tried to charge me.
