I am needlephobic and was relieved that the blood test was done fast and with little pain because Melanie was kind, efficient and patient.
It’s terrible experience at this pathology. For two times they have recorded wrong name and address, taking me months to resolve from insurance claim. And one time, they lost my blood sample. Such unprofessional and bad experience.
Several visits over last few years. Good people, location.
I have had Worst customer service experience from pathologist. service provider was agitated, rude and lack of compassion. service was handled as they were forced to do so. won't be returning , wont recomend it.
Mel is fantastic, professional and always draws bloods successfully without any bruising. However all other staff members are not that professional and consistently I have experienced bruising from rough and careless handling.
