Fast and efficient
If you’re lucky, one of the parking spaces right outside will be available. The wait time is generally short (although some procedures obviously take longer than others). But most importantly, the staff are wonderful! It’s never too much effort for them to move things so I can lie on the bed instead of sit in the chair. It has been over 10 years I attend this practice and all the ladies working there are very experienced, professional and expert in what they do. They all are accommodating, nice and kind ladies with a warm and helpful attitude. I know Mel, Cath and Bahar for the years I am coming here and they are the best in what they do and how they perform at their roles and i can’t say enough how customer-oriented they all are.
Be aware of the Persian lady who worked the closing shift on Monday, 20 July 2026. I arrived before the advertised closing time for a blood test and was treated with some of the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. Instead of politely explaining they were no longer accepting patients, she rushed towards me, ushered me out the door, interrupted my conversation, and locked the door in front of me before I had a chance to say a word.
