I have to take a pee with the door wide open in plain view of the waiting area because this collection room is 1. Out of order 2. Very very stinky 3. Very very filthy 4. There is no light inside! The whole place reeks of vomit! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. She should wear a mask. How can someone work here in this condition!?!?!
Edited. Found it! The service was brilliant and fast and the young man lovely, gentle and professional. 1 star off for incorrect address listing as per below. Not sure why but FYI the address is listed as 92 Majors Bay Road when it's actually in Wellbank Street Concord. I was wandering around behind and around Coles looking for it for ages, which was where maps sent me from the Laverty message locations listing. I gave up eventually as I had to go to work. It’s quite a convenient place for blood test. You can park in Coles car park and walk two minutes to get there. Blood collector is a Vietnamese lady but she’s very professional and you only feel like a bite by ant when needle gets through your skin. Somehow they need to fix the aircon.
Was a good place to give blood for blood tests and the woman is excellent at taking blood. but laverty has stopped providing copies of blood tests to patients . that is totally unsatisfactory. Post business response: what's to discuss? You're not offering to provide test results to patients, so i'm not returning. You've list a customer.
The lady mai or mei is extremely rude and shouts. She told me that my mum cant speak English even though she cant speak English well herself. Honestly worst customer service I've faced in my life. Sent a complaint to Laverty as well.
