L’avrete Pathology staff in Annandale General practice are so efficiently quick and thorough, and so so pleasant!
I had a really positive experience here thanks to Nasma. I was nervous because I fainted at another pathology clinic in earlier in the day who could not find my vein, but she was incredibly reassuring from the moment I walked in. She kept me talking so I stayed calm, took my blood quickly, and made the whole process feel easy. I felt genuinely cared for and safe the entire time. Thank you, Nasma, for being so kind and supportive.
Terrible experience. Will pursue refund Edit: it's been a year and I still haven't received a refund OR my blood results. DO NOT GET BLOOD WORK HERE
Prinza (hope I spelt her name correctly) is a really lovely & professional phlebotomist, who takes time and gentle care to ensure she does a thorough job, no matter how busy. Excellent.
