If I could give this place zero stars I would the one star gives it far to much undeserved credit. DO NOT GO here for a Covid-19 test Evan when marked urgent by the health department it's been 3 days now still no results the 24hr hotline is unavailable you get hung up on after being asked not to call about results untill 48hrs complete waste of time. Will never use them again.

If you get the male pathologist run like the wind and don't look back. Spent about 20 mins trying to get blood from our 2yo - kept changing the vials so there was a small amount of blood in each, never said a word until the end then just said it won't work because he didnt have enough.. Awful experience. The lady in there is wonderful and great with kids, never had an issue (have had many blood tests there), if it was just her there, would give 5 stars

I cant even give them one star but had to to get this posted The person who attempted ... to take my blood was dreadful. She used a butterfly needle setup. She put it in my arm without a result and then manouvered it around whilst still in my arm trying to get a vein.... so painful!! She told me" i was the problem and that i had something wrong with my body" and then said "you didnt drink enough water" I left disgusted and had to put an ice pack on my arm when i got home.
