Terrible customer service. Staff call in sick all the time and you never get a call canceling the appointment. I had to call them while sitting in the lobby just to get waited on. Not to mention the place is so dirty.
They have no sense of scheduling. When I called at 2 pm they said to come over but when I came over, there were nobody to greet and then I was sitting for 20 minutes. No one communicated anything with me and hence felt like stupid for waiting for 25 min! People were moving around like they didn't care that I was not helped!
Erica did my cut and colored my hair today. I loved it all. She is excellent and I found a new hair dresser! Yeah!
Just done a Gold facial from Belinda there... She's too good... Instead of that too quick facial of 20-30 min which I've mostly experienced here on most of the salons, she has taken a proper 1.15 hr for the whole thing with proper scrubbing, massaging, steaming n all.. Going to be a regular customer for her
Absolutely Fabulous! This salon has it all, hair, nails, facials, waxing and massages! Can't wait for the grand opening, May 9th.
