I walked in I was immediately greeted with warmth and knowing I was there for my appointment by Elizabeth (her name could be Emily, but I'm 95% sure I'm right). She directed me to my station where Elbon (sp) worked her magic. The visit to Lavender and Sage was smooth and I didn't feel rushed or like I was just a random person.
