I visited this salon as a new customer ahead of a wedding and received very poor, rushed service. The footbath water was cold, toe separators were not used, and my small toe smudged as a result. The technician was uncommunicative and became visibly annoyed when asked to explain where the UV lights were located. More concerningly, she was unnecessarily rough—she pulled hard on a visibly arthritic finger, causing pain, and drew blood on my thumb nail bed. Unbelievably rude and poor service. I was 10 minutes early for my appointment to pick my nail colour. There was one technician and zero people in the shop. She wouldn't talk to me, or consult about colours. My footbath was cold, she didn't use toe separators, and my baby toe is smudged. I should have said something but I was dumbfounded. If you want to be treated poorly and get the worst service in a nail salon this is the place. I ask multiple times to be more gentle, girl laugh and ask me to relax. She got upset at me because I wouldn't relax as she is treating me like I'm a plastic hand.

I stumbled upon this location while passing time. I decided to give it a try and Im happy I followed my gut. I got a gel manicure refill. My nail technician took an hour & a half on my nails. I requested she cut my cuticles which she did with precision. I have been searching for place that doesn't rush me and has attention to detail. She recommended a neutral color which I decided to go with. I recommend this location for their precise work.
