I visited here 1 time and absolutely loved it, I got my nails done and back waxed. However, today was a nightmare. I went to get my legs waxed. The lady did a horrendous job after 2 hours of attempting A LEG WAX. I asked for a different person and she said, she had to do the clients nail and will come back and do it. Always happy with my hard gel manicures, the team are very sweet and detail oriented.
I got a gel manicure and pedicure and it literally looks like I painted my nails myself. After spending over $100 I’m so disappointed and feel like crying. I got these nails for vacation. The lady cut up my cuticles so bad, they looked chewed up and the polish looks uneven and and messy. I always come here and spend well over $100 each time and tip. One time I spent like $180 for gel x tips and a pedicure. Anyways just very unhappy and feel ugly now for my vacation.
I love lavender nail lounge. I’ve been coming consistently for a while and no matter who does my nails they do an amazing job. The salon is clean, and everyone is very friendly! I always receive so many compliments on my nails. You won’t be disappointed. They never miss! Kevin is incredibly detailed and will make sure the design comes out clean & well executed.
