Went here for the first time visiting from out of town and my french tip nail chipped after two days. I called in wanting some of my money back since it was insanely overpriced 183 for that including a "50 dollar" pedicure and whoever answered the phone said they wouldnt do that after the nail tech had told me while doing my nails that if it doesnt last 2 weeks, we'll refund you. Then they hung up on me when i said maybe you shouldnt say that to someone and not follow through. Not good business.
Came in for pedicure. He ask d to sit and wait a few minutes. I was the only one waiting. After 30 minutes I asked it was taking so long. He said they were very busy and he still had someone waiting. Why couldn't he tell me how long. I have been coming for several years, but I will not be back. I went across the street to Nail Boss and they took me right away. There were at least 12-15 people working there. I will be back to Nail Boss

Sandy did an incredible job on my manicure. I’ve wanted a cat eye manicure for a long time & I am so happy with how my nails look! The experience in the salon is warm, comfortable, professional, and very clean! Sandy offered me beverages & made me feel like a queen! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience I’ll be back for all of my mani/pedi needs!
I came in for a Gel X set and pedicure and unfortunately left very disappointed. I’ve been a loyal customer at Lavender for five years and have referred coworkers, friends, and family because I’ve always had positive experiences. Until today, I’ve never had an issue. The older woman with dark hair and glasses who did my service was extremely rude and rough.
