I love lavender nail lounge. I’ve been coming consistently for a while and no matter who does my nails they do an amazing job. The salon is clean, and everyone is very friendly! I always receive so many compliments on my nails. You won’t be disappointed. They never miss! Kevin is incredibly detailed and will make sure the design comes out clean & well executed.

Had a few girls be pretty good, but also a few very horrible experiences. One thought I had gelx after I repeatedly told her I had acrylic and had to redo my nails and made them way too narrow for my fingers. Another woman filed down my acrylic instead of soaking them off and burned my nail beds with the electric filer. It was incredibly painful and I pulled my hands away multiple times bc of the burns. Unfortunately bc of this, I will not be coming here anymore.

Went here for the first time visiting from out of town and my french tip nail chipped after two days. I called in wanting some of my money back since it was insanely overpriced 183 for that including a "50 dollar" pedicure and whoever answered the phone said they wouldnt do that after the nail tech had told me while doing my nails that if it doesnt last 2 weeks, we'll refund you. Then they hung up on me when i said maybe you shouldnt say that to someone and not follow through. Not good business.

Came in for pedicure. He ask d to sit and wait a few minutes. I was the only one waiting. After 30 minutes I asked it was taking so long. He said they were very busy and he still had someone waiting. Why couldn't he tell me how long. I have been coming for several years, but I will not be back. I went across the street to Nail Boss and they took me right away. There were at least 12-15 people working there. I will be back to Nail Boss
