RecommendedI visited today the first time because I received a gift certificate. I had plenty massages in my life, but the one I received and experienced today from PAM MASHIA was extra ordinary, her technique is beyond anything I ever experienced before. my body was relaxed and almost pain-free from my lower back arthritis. wanted to go natural! aka gray! well Ashley not only did a great job of transitioning me to that, she far surpassed my expectations! and let's face it, going naturally gray after 15 years of dyeing it brown is no easy change. thank you Ashley. so pleased!
Didn’t receive hair service wanted so I asked for partial refund and was denied, they offered to fix my hair but who wants that after it’s messed up the first time, I left with darker than when I went in, did NOT receive 135$ balayage service as requested and they wouldn’t not work with me about coming back in since I was having surgery and couldn’t make it back in with in the 7 day “requirement” they have. First collage is before and second is after. THIS IS NOT BALAYAGE SERVICE AT ALL!
First visit with stylist Kanna. she was amazing professional and did a wonderful dye and hair cut! she was very gentle and thorough on everything she did to my hair. I rebooked right away. The salon is gorgeous and clean as well.
I highly recommend Lavender Hill Salon in Richmond Hill for anyone local. They are taking every precaution to offer a safe and enjoyable experience. I was asked to wait in my car until they called me for my appointment. All staff members and clients were wearing masks. My temperature was taken and I was asked to wash my hands before I was escorted into the salon. They had partitions up between the wash stations and limited the total number of people in the salon. I am new to the area and I was so scared to have someone new touching my hair. My experience at Lavender Hill SpaSalon was amazing! The place is well organized and clean. The receptionists were polite and courteous. Brooke did my hair and I love it! I showed her a couple pictures and she right away knew exactly how I wanted my hair to be. I would without a doubt recommend! It was probably one of the best salon experiences I've ever had. I've been in the area for a little while and was struggling to find someone I trusted to cut and color my hair. I'm so glad I came across Lavender Hill Spa online! Jessica is absolutely amazing at her craft.
