I recently used Lavender Hill for the first time for an arrangement for a funeral of someone very special to me. I was hesitant to order over the phone, but it was necessary due to time constraints. They were VERY easy to work with over the phone and my instructions were very specific - I knew what I wanted, mainly the "WOW factor", something very unique.
