I could scream. I took my daughter in on a whim. Mistake 1! Leah was kind enough to fit her in between appts. My daughter is ten and has a big audition on Saturday and wanted a new fresh style. The salon looked hip Leah seemed nice and we were excited she could do the cut immediately. My daughter saw a cut on a manequin when we went in and said that was the direction she was headed. Lavender Hair Design is horrible I am sorry but the owner of this salon is a capital B. She was so rude to me after she spent over 6 hours on my hair and then had the nerve to over charge me, like it was my fault. Her name is Leah and I will never go to this salon again nor will i recommend it. The only person who seemed to care and talk to me was, I believe a newer stylist Kelly.
