The people at Lavender were very helpful when finding the right dress, and listening to what I wanted in a dress. We had some issues with shipping, but it was resolved and the manager personally apologized - that was appreciated. When I picked up my dress, I didn’t get a nice zip up bag - I got a pink plastic bag.. not sure if I had to pay extra for that, but I assumed paying so much for a dress I would be given something nicer to keep it in.

We have been making some changes lately and garment bags are one of those changes. Previously, we did charge for them, but now they are free with the purchase of a new dress. I had the most perfect day at Lavender! I said Yes! to the dress thanks to Frankie! She was amazing!! The best customer service ever! She made me feel so comfortable and helped me find my dream dress! 💙 I recommend every bride to come here! You will not be disappointed!

My mother in law and I went in last week to look for a Mother of the Groom dress and there are so many gorgeous options! The people were also extremely nice and very helpful!
I absolutely loved everything about Lavender! I just bought my dress yesterday and had the best experience ever! Sadly I mistakenly tried daivds bridal first, and was treated terrible and was made to feel like I wasn't a bride because of my budget... NOT At Lavender! They treated me like an absolutely princess and found me the most incredible dress within my budget! I couldnt be happier 5 stars hands down!

I bought my wedding dress here and the consultants were amazing! The staff is very helpful and I never felt pressured to purchase a dress before I was ready. Lavender Bridal has a lot of gowns to choose from and several different styles to try on. What a special experience. Definitely recommend!!
Lavender was absolutely amazing. My stylist was wonderful and was able to pinpoint my likes and dislikes instantly! She helped me pick the perfect dresses to try on and I was able to find the ONE on my first visit! They had exactly what I was looking for! Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the perfect dress!
