Browsed at your beautiful gowns with my future daughter-in-law last week and had the pleasure of meeting Frankie. Such a delight to work with such a sweet and enthusiastic bridal consultant. Frankie arranged a large variety of gowns for us to see in all styles and prices as well as introduced several bridesmaid and flower girl options for us.
Lavender bridal was so amazing I loved the quality of customer service that was given to me. Being a new bride I had not gone dress shopping before and when I walked in I was immediately greeted by LuAnn and Frankie and treated as if I was a friend rather than a customer. LuAnn helped me and even though she was very busy with other customers (which I didn't mind), she found the time to help me try on the dresses and ultimately find my dress!
