I was searching for the perfect birthday arrangement for my niece and wanted something truly unique and artistic. After looking at several other florists whose options felt standard and repetitive, I found Lavender’s website. Their arrangements completely stood out! The online selection was beautiful, the delivery person was incredibly kind, and most importantly, my niece loved the flowers. I am beyond thrilled with this experience. I usually don't like to complain, but I am EXTREMELY disappointed in the arrangement I ordered well in advance of Mother's Day. 1.) I specifically asked: "Please use purple roses instead of white ones, as well as some purple sweet pea flowers too, if possible." I was told substitutions were no problem. 2.) And the arrangement sent had even LESS purple flowers & less flowers overall in it than advertised on the website. 3.) I ordered this well in advance to ensure a nice arrangement! 4.)
