I struggled with scheduling at first because I bought a living social from this company and they were so swamped. When I finally got a call back I spoke with the owner and she sounded really distressed. I asked her what happened and she finally told me. Purchased a LivingSocial deal with this company. They set up an appointment with me and then never showed up. When I called to find out where they were, I only received their voicemail saying they had cancelled their LivingSocial deal. The courtesy of a phone call so I didn't waste my afternoon waiting for them would have been nice. Very unprofessional. I was hoping to see how their work was and then start regular bi-weekly cleanings. Their loss on the income I guess.
Very dissapointing. I bought a living social deal for a house cleaning over a month ago and have yet to recieve a return call back. I have called four times, left a voicemail each time, and still nothing. This company is very unprofessional and unreliable. I was able to reach the owner one time that I called and she promised to follow up with me. That, of course, never happened. I hope to get a refund from living social.

So honest. I have just had a cleaning and I was told it would be a lot of work and it took a long time. They cleaned stuff I never would have thought of. Very thorough. I have used cleaning services several times that were cheaper but have never had my house so clean. It was worth every penny.
I called for an estimate and they came to my house for free and told me how much it would be to clean it. they were more affordable then several of the other companies I called. I like the way they saw things that needed to be done that I hadnt even thought of and they were available to clean my house the next day not the next week. I will hire them again.
The owner is very thorough and offers affordable rates, and on top of that does exactly what was requested. What else can I say?
