The first time I went, I had a great experience, so I decided to come back. Unfortunately, my second visit was very disappointing. I got a gel manicure, and it didn't even last six days before it started chipping. I called the salon, and they asked me to come in. When I arrived, they refused to fix my nails. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the owner was rude, argumentative, and unwilling to stand behind their work. Based on this experience, I won't be returning.
Went for a walk in for two pedicures, the ladies in this nail salon were lovely! They were very kind and helpful. I felt they were very nonjudgmental and open to answering questions. They took their time and the price was very well worth it! I’ll definitely have to come back when visiting Frederick.
Obsessed with my new nails! The staff were kind and patient, and I truly enjoyed my experience here. 💅✨
