Ms. Jean is a verifiable GENIUS with hair care! She basically has a PhD in coloring— she fixed my super damaged hair to actually hold the vibrant red color I was looking for. No one else was able to get it to look this amazing! She is a very kind hearted and friendly person, I had a wonderful time getting to know her while I was getting my color fixed. I will absolutely be returning for all my hair needs!!

Unfortunately, I never had the chance to meet Jean or receive a haircut—because she never showed up for the scheduled appointment. I had a 3:00 pm appointment and drove 40 minutes, arriving 15 minutes early, only to find the salon completely closed. I waited until 3:00, then texted her at 3:01 with no reply. After waiting another 20 minutes, I called her seven times before she finally called me back at 3:20—only to say she had forgotten about the appointment. So glad I was able to find Lavanda Salon! I reached out to Jean and she was able to squeeze me in the same day. I showed her my inspo pic and she got right to work. It turned out great! She works very meticulously, I was the last client of the day and at no point did I feel like she was rushing. You can tell that she’s very dedicated to her work. Will definitely be returning and trying her coloring services another time. I wish I could add an extra star for her assistant Benji :)

I absolutely LOVE my haircut! Jean is incredibly precise and took the time to make sure every detail was perfect. She listened carefully to what I wanted and offered great suggestions that suited my hair type and face shape. Her precision and attention to detail truly set her apart. My hair feels healthier, looks amazing, and I’ve been getting nonstop compliments! I couldn’t be happier with the experience and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!
