KarenP My experience at lava spa was nothing less than 'wonderful'. The staff were attentive in asking if I needed anything and in showing me around the spa. The facitly was very clean and orderly, but also had a warm and cozy feeling to it. I was thrilled with all of my treatments and look forward to returning in the near future!
Excellent! I recently moved to the Central NY area and heard about Lava Spa through a few co-workers, and I am so glad I called them. On a particularly stressful day at work, I called in the morning and thankfully, was scheduled in with someone that same night after work. xxxxxxxxxxxx Lava Spa is a wonderful place to go. I always have the best experiences there. The staff and owner are always nice and do a wonderful job. It's always clean and I feel very comfortable there. Great place to relax and get an awesome facial, massage, manicure, pedicure, or waxing (though I've never had any waxing done).
RecommendedI had my first experience here this weekend and it was wonderful. Masseuse Alicia really made sure she knew what I wanted out of my massage and definitely measured up. It was a very relaxing atmosphere and comfortable (even while they practice safety precautions for COVID). It really started my Saturday off right feeling stress-free, calm, relaxed, and I even (oddly enough) had good luck the rest of the day (: I would recommend and I will be back.
My wife & I have been here several times and each time was incredible! The atmosphere is relaxing, quaint, and most of all, CLEAN. I trust all of the girls here— they’re friendly and professional. Great prices & great range of services!
If you're concerned about getting a massage with everything that's going on, rest assured that they are being very careful. The masseuse was wearing a mask and face shield, everything was very clean, and they had a HEPA air purifier in the room. Also, all of these new measures did not affect the quality of the massage.

I’ve seen Sarah for a variety of services over the course of the past couple years from hair, to facials, to waxing. She’s sweet and gentle and does an outstanding job! I always feel fresh and renewed after my appointments with her!
We enjoyed a late morning/afternoon package with a couple of treatments and relaxation time in a private room with use of sauna and steam room. The space was so relaxing and peaceful with a more intimate setting than some other popular area spas. The staff was very hospitable and treated us very special. I would recommend you consider Lava Spa when looking for a place to enjoy a girls day.
