Worst customer service of any company in the history of online commerce. Purchased from them twice. Both times orders screwed up. Sent to the wrong address. And products on their site are in the wrong sections. Completely misleading. When I contacted them with my concerns, their owner Mark Stoddard simply replied "then buy somewhere else". Everyone I know has the same experience with them. Never buying from them again and I suggest you don't either.
I rarely write negative reviews of any company simply because we all have "bad days" and small businesses are run by real people with real lives. I've had good experiences with Mark Stoddard and Lava Cable in the past, and I've spent over $1K on his cables. But he no longer provides any visible customer support that I can see. These guys always take care of me. Mark Stoddard made me an awesome deal, and eve gave me a one-on-one class on how to put the kit together since I'd never used solderless before. I had a cable failure (my fault) and Mark took the time to show me what happened and how to prevent it, and gave me a free cable. Nothing but good things to say about these guys.
