This is much overdo but I got some birthday braids and they turned out great. She was able to squeeze me in last minute and fit my schedule. They stayed smooth even after jiu jitsu, thanks!

My granddaughter has been at her shop a few times and she did good but this last time she got at passion twist and I bought human hair for the curls she did not use the curly hair used regular braiding hair and told me the the curly hair I bought was synthetic hair which was not true I paid $59 for that hair will never take her back again this is how it looks after 4 days curls were coming out I paid $350 for this

I had a fantastic experience getting my hair braided here, Laury was professional, fast, and incredibly skilled. My braids are neat, even, and exactly the style I wanted. The salon was clean and welcoming, and I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The braider I had today was less heavy handed than the person who typically does my braids that was the only plus to this $161.36 experience! Poor customer service though, when I walked into the shop she didn’t even speak. I wasn’t informed that she would be my braider verse the braider I was accustomed to. Who in the end half did the finishing touches. I think company’s big and small should remember exactly what drives their business. It is the satisfied customer!
