Started going here back in 2019 for patellar tendinitis and a stress fracture in my low back. During group sessions I got high quality programming, individualized attention for my injuries and the coaches always monitored how I was feeling throughout the workout. Not only did I heal those injuries but their advanced workout programming combined with their consistent support helped me progress my athletic ability to be able to compete in college for Track as a sprinter.
