I see lots of comments about the staff and poor customer relations. I've overheard "Auntie Laurie" being a real B*TCH to her staff. It was unreal how ugly she was being. This may contribute to the not-so-happy-to-see-you attitude of the staff...they've been whittled down to feeling not so great about being there. The woman is a L-U-N-A-T-I-C!!

I think Laurie's is one of the best stores in the state. Always revolving around the newest trends at great prices. If you hadn't been to Laurie's you need to go. I've been going there for many many years. I'm never disappointed!
Having an awful experience right at the moment. Thought it was cleared up with Laurie last Friday but receiving hassling phone calls. We just want our furniture and are not interested in doing business with Laurie's again. Laurie is you see this please personally call me.
Went shopping here on Black Friday and loved it, purchased 2 beautiful chairs and a gorgeous light fixture. The lady at the register took a lot of time wrapping my furniture in plastic to keep it dry for the ride home to La. I look forward to shopping here again and again when I travel to Tx. Thanks ladies u have a new happy shopper.
