Beautiful furniture and lovely staff! I love my new furniture. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend.
Really like their furniture, decor and rugs. But really dislike the women that work there, so rude and do NOT want to help in anyway. If you don't look like you have money, they raise their noses to you and move on with their day looking busy. Walked in last week to purchase bedding, went to the back where it was and caught one of them yelling at the Hispanic male worker for putting a chair in the wrong spot. Laurie has great taste in furniture pieces, but has zero taste in choosing her employees.
A true destination store. Amazing finds all over the place. I see why people travel just to come see this place in person. A true gem.
Great merchandise, but after walking around for nearly 30 minutes with plenty of questions, there was no sales associate in sight. Finally went back to the front desk only to have the 2 ladies reluctantly answer one question and (my favorite) they nearly died when I dare to ask if they have any promotions or specials going, I obviously crossed the line with that one. Well, I guess Pottery Barn and Restoration Hardware will have to continue furnishing my home.
I have to drive all the way to Tomball to get snooted? Nobody ever ask me if they could help me and my wife and I assure you that it wasn't because we weren't seen. We left and went to Bartholet in Conroe and got a totally different welcome from people that like making money. Keep your attitude out in bfe, we will keep our money. Your staff should blindly walk into Bartholet and see how customers are treated there!
We have shopped here a couple times, both times with an 8 and a 10 year old. The lady who helped us the first time, I forget her name gave the little one a tape measure and taught him how to measure lots of things. She was like a magical little teacher. She was patient with us but now overwhelming. Both times the staff has been absolutely precious, I could spend days in here and never see everything.
