My mother, mother-in-law, and both my daughters and I have shopped at Laurie’s since she opened. It’s a great place for small gifts, home decor and furniture. Her styles are unique yet timeless. I go to Laura’s Home Furnishings anytime I have extra money. I love this place!
I am not usually one to assume color or financial appearances are an issue but my 3rd time into the store with a client ready to purchase but I will find another place to shop. If the greetings were as plentiful as the open mouth stares with not so much as a hello, may I help you? Nothing. I will be fair to say that out of the number of staff in the store, there was ONLY one to utter a word. love this place ... great home furnishings but i too agree with the previous comments... staff is not friendly, im not looking for them to be a friend but they do ignore you until they see you are going to spend money. I too can be snooty and take my business elsewhere but that is not what i am like.

My experience with Laurie's Home Furnishings has been amazing! I've purchased many large furniture pieces over the last eight years. Just recently, we had an issue with some dining table chairs, and they delivered the correct chairs the next day! The employees have always been helpful......and I shop in yoga pants and flip flops.
The ladies working there were rude and not friendly at all. Not going back there. Will drive to Donna's Home Furnishings in Montgomery where they treat their customers nicely.
