Extremely disappointing experience ! I purchased multiple items at this store in December, one of which was a grinch hat. My wife didn’t like it so I went to return 3 days after Christmas. When I said I had a return, the woman at the counter, just rolled her eyes. When I pulled out the hat, she said “You can’t return seasonal items”. There was no friendliness, warmth, or an I’m sorry.
