Very good store in robinson better than the one in Moon.
I am a regular shopper at Laurie's Hallmark, but just today I tried returning a damaged box of chocolate pretzels and I was refused a refund. The box of Sarris pretzels I bought had the plastic bag ripped inside and the pretzels were stale. The purchase was less than 90 days ago, with receipt. The pretzels were not passed their expiration date. There is a guarantee on the bottom of the box that they can be refunded, but I was flat out told "NO you cannot return candy" but the manager. Buyer beware.
I patronized this store in North Fayette, PA (100 Quinn Dr.) yesterday (4/1/25) and had the worst experience I have ever had in a retail establishment. Hallmark cards are the most expensive in the industry - so I would think that their customer service would be above and beyond to compensate. The sales representative was unhelpful, dismissive and rude.
