Went in today with my mom and we both had a great experience with Lucy! Lucy was very warm, friendly and fun. She also went above and beyond! I am not a fan of getting glasses but Lucy made it a wonderful experience! Thank you Lucy!
From my experience of coming here for an eye exam, I would not recommend this place. I went to another optometrist for a second opinion. I received a full examination with the latest equipment including an OCT exam. The in-depth knowledge and explanation far exceeded my expectations and my experience at this Laurier location. I did not have the eye disease I was told I had. If you’re looking for glasses, Laurier is fine. Go elsewhere for an exam.
My wife saw Dr. Zhang and was overly impressed by her. She took her time and was patient. Her 18 yr. experience shows. Will return there again.
Went into Laurier Optical to have an adjustment to my prescription glasses. Was met by the Manager, Abdul, who courteous and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this location (Hunt Club and Riverside) for any of your optical needs. Thank you very much Abdul 👏👏
