Wonderful experience, felt really well looked after, Dr Lin examined my eyes very thoroughly and the eye exam for the glasses was done at just the right speed for me, not too days and not too slow when you choose what you can see best, and she was so gentle. Front staff and choosing glasses was great! So much to choose from, super professional and much more attention to detail than I have ever encountered before. Would recommend 10/10
Lucy is amazing. Very helpul and each time she goes the extra mile to address my concern. The lady optometrist is also thorough.
Wonderful experience at this location, booked an appointment after a week not like other places that are booking for months acting busy. The doctor was great she took her time to describe the right prescription. Staff are friendly and willing to help. The only neg is that they have a limited choices for frames.
Sara was very helpful, I came in to get my glasses fixed. She did a wonderful job.
