I would like to express my gratitude to the young lady at the reception, whose name I unfortunately do not know. My original appointment was scheduled for 12:40 PM on Saturday, October 9th. However, I arrived early because I had another important appointment. Instead of having to wait until my original time, she kindly accommodated me and provided an earlier spot after just a couple of minutes of waiting. I was received very professionally by the lovely receptionist and made to feel very comfortable. The eye doctor was equally professional and explained everything clearly. Wafaa then did the glasses fitting thoroughly and was a pleasure to talk with. I left feeling very well taken care of.
Front desk folks were lovely. Doc may know what they are doing for sure . But I would not recommend this place for little kids... for an eye exam or check up. Treating a 5 year old kid like an adult doesn't quite work when it comes to giving them instructions etc... strange that they wouldn't know that. Overall bad experience for me as a parent sadly. Won't be going back.
My wife, my children and I bought sunglasses Sara and Lucy help us. They are excellent individuals who help us to get what we need.
