Lucy is amazing. Very helpul and each time she goes the extra mile to address my concern. The lady optometrist is also thorough.
Wonderful experience at this location, booked an appointment after a week not like other places that are booking for months acting busy. The doctor was great she took her time to describe the right prescription. Staff are friendly and willing to help. The only neg is that they have a limited choices for frames.
Sara was very helpful, I came in to get my glasses fixed. She did a wonderful job.
I had a great experience at Laurier Optical T&T Mall thanks to Lucy. She was a refreshing change from the typical customer service experience—personable, very helpful, and handled the issue with my elderly father's glasses with ease and no fuss. Highly recommend.
