I walked in today just to get adjustments on my Versace sunglasses. I got them Adjusted at an other stores, but didn’t Come out as great. I bumped into the store manager wafaa She was able to adjust them perfectly even teach me a little more stuff about my glasses that I never knew before I give this a 10 out of 10 experience

I had a great experience dealing with Wafaa at Laurier optical. She was very knowledgeable and instrumental in picking suitable frames for my face. She answered all my questions and made the visit most enjoyable.
For a Spur of the moment walk in just for information and walking out getting a pair of glasses says a lot about the professionalism of the team. Wafaa the store manager and Mike a trainee went all out to make my decision in getting my glasses great. They were diligent and dedicated to the task and I’m glad I ended up with my purchase. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.
