I have a property tor sale and I set my showings to be confirmed by phone. I received generic text by Redfin on behalf of this agent. I called Redfin and explained that I need to speak with the agent but she didn’t bother calling even if I was paying 2.5% sellers commission. If I could I would leave her 0 stars. Some agents are great - however this one is not in this category.
